Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario; required to work from the Toronto office three days per week

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 CAD annual base salary, plus eligibility for discretionary bonus and/or commission.

What you will do

• Drive hiring velocity across Engineering, Product Management, Data, and AI-focused functions by managing pipelines and improving time-to-fill.
• Partner with divisional leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs and role requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding handoff.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and employer-branding activities.
• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to support data-driven recruiting decisions.
• Use AI-powered recruiting technologies and automation tools for sourcing, engagement, talent mapping, market research, scheduling, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, including experience in a global or SaaS product company or agency.
• Experience recruiting technical talent such as AI specialists, engineers, product professionals, or data specialists.
• Knowledge of hiring regulations and compliance is required.
• Experience managing high-growth, high-volume recruiting environments and multiple priorities, typically handling 5–15 roles and interviewing 4–8 candidates per day.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, sales, or a related field.

• Experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, data science, or other emerging technology roles.
• Experience implementing or optimizing AI-driven recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, talent intelligence platforms, or automation tools.
