Product Manager, Digital Assets - CSD & Settlement (Web3)

What you will do

• Design digital-asset products and operating models covering securities issuance, custody, settlement, and lifecycle events.
• Define token issuance and settlement through CSD positions, minting and burning, legal-record requirements, and reconciliation of CSD books with on-chain supply.
• Define settlement workflows covering matching, delivery-versus-payment, reconciliation, exception handling, and adaptations to TARGET2-Securities processes.
• Define asset servicing for tokenised securities, including coupons, redemptions, and corporate actions, together with custodians and linked CSDs.
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations on regulatory requirements, settlement finality, asset protection, and operational readiness under CSDR and the DLT Pilot Regime.
• Own a product workstream and backlog through launch, contribute to roadmap prioritisation, and monitor adoption, settlement performance, and exception rates.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience inside a CSD, ICSD, or custodian in settlement, issuance, or asset servicing.
• Deep knowledge of securities settlement, including matching, delivery-versus-payment, finality, fails, and the lifecycle from issuance to corporate actions.
• Understanding of CSDR notary, central maintenance, settlement services, and how holdings are recorded across CSD, custodian, and investor accounts.
• Product management, business analysis, or service development experience in securities-market infrastructure, including ownership of a roadmap or backlog.
• Experience leading initiatives across CSDs, custodians, and settlement banks and agreeing operating models, responsibilities, and controls.
• Experience running participant market testing and readiness for a CSD migration or new service.
• Exposure to cross-CSD links, ISO 20022 settlement messaging, or custodian connectivity.
• Interest in digital assets and Web3.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with a CSD digital-securities platform, DLT Pilot Regime project, UK Digital Securities Sandbox, or Eurosystem DLT trials.
• Familiarity with DLT-based settlement, digital custody, smart contracts, or digital forms of cash.
• Knowledge of blockchain, DLT, decentralised finance, or crypto.
• Experience preparing a CSDR authorisation, DLT Pilot Regime application, or other regulatory filing.
• Knowledge of a hirify.global Securities market in Denmark, Italy, Norway, or Portugal.
