What you will do

• Own and continuously update the EMEA Corporate Treasury market point of view, including market sizing, segmentation, penetration, attractiveness, and Clearwater's right to win.
• Define requirements for cash and liquidity management, multi-bank and multi-currency connectivity, balance reporting, cash pooling, in-house banking, forecasting, short-term investments, debt, and credit facilities.
• Translate market gaps into a funded, prioritized, and sequenced roadmap in partnership with R&D and Engineering.
• Make build, buy, or partner recommendations and identify capabilities that can serve Corporate Treasury and other asset-owner markets.
• Lead positioning, competitive strategy, pricing and packaging, sales enablement, named-account coverage, strategic pursuits, and win/loss analysis.
• Build relationships with corporate treasury stakeholders, banks, consultants, associations, and advisors; own customer health, retention, and market performance reporting for the EMEA Corporate Treasury base.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, market strategy, or commercial leadership in treasury technology, transaction banking, or investment technology.
• Deep working knowledge of European and wider EMEA corporate treasury, including cash and liquidity management, multi-bank and cross-border connectivity, SWIFT, ISO 20022, short-term investment, debt and capital markets activity, and reporting to finance, audit, and regulators.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems and the practical realities of displacing incumbent systems.
• Demonstrated ownership of a market, segment, or product line with accountability for revenue growth.
• Strong quantitative skills, including building and defending market sizing, segmentation, and penetration analysis from primary data with rigorous sourcing.
• Ability to engage directly with engineers on technical scope, architecture trade-offs, and sequencing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience bringing senior stakeholders to decisions.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or investment management technology.
• MBA, CTP, ACT qualification, CFA, or another relevant advanced degree.
• Additional European languages.
