Product Manager

Location: Paris, remote; full remote work possible anywhere in France.

What you will do

• Own the functional and technical scope of a Product Squad working with a Product Designer and 4–6 Software Engineers.
• Identify problems, define solutions, and manage delivery of new product features.
• Write feature specifications and user stories, and manage the squad roadmap and product backlog.
• Attend customer discovery sessions and adapt solutions based on customer insights.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Product Designers, and other stakeholders.
• Track squad performance against target KPIs and quarterly OKRs.

Requirements

• Experience driving product vision into delivered products and solutions.
• Experience managing a Product Backlog, including prioritization and negotiation, requirements clarification, MVP definition, and roadmap development.
• Proven impact working in a startup, scale-up, or consulting firm.
• Ability to work with engineering and Product Management teams on technical concepts, trade-offs, roadblocks, and new ideas.
• Experience managing complex problems involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for presenting solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluent English and B2-level French or equivalent.

Hiring process

• Phone screen with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Discovery meeting with the Live Group Product Manager, followed by a case study with the Chief Product Officer and a Product Manager.
• Clarification meeting with a Group Product Manager and Lead Software Engineer, interview with the Chief Executive Officer, and offer.
