Lead Product Manager - Online Solutions, SMB Product UK & Ireland (Maternity Cover) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and maintain the SMB eCommerce product strategy and roadmap across the UK and Ireland.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to evolve online propositions and deliver revenue, growth, and adoption outcomes.
• Own the end-to-end online solutions experience across the customer lifecycle.
• Drive migration of front-book and back-book customers to strategic technology platforms and lead legacy platform retirement.
• Deliver roadmap commitments against agreed timelines while coordinating Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, and Compliance teams.
• Maintain regulatory, scheme, legal, and customer duty compliance; monitor and resolve audit, risk, and compliance actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or relevant training and/or experience in lieu of a degree.
• Business or Computer Science background, through a relevant degree or experience.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer or market-facing experience.
• Broad and in-depth expertise with the ability to lead complex functions, major accounts, matrix teams, and critical projects.
• Ability to address issues affecting design and selling success or future concepts, products, and technologies.
• Ability to build formal networks with decision-makers and act as an external spokesperson for key accounts, agencies, partners, vendors, and sales prospects.
• Ability to determine objectives and approaches for critical assignments with wide latitude.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience in a software development environment or professional services role.
• Software or IT background, including a relevant degree or experience.
• Direct experience with software development, testing, and/or business analysis.
• Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodology.
