Product Manager (Fintech)

As we continue to redefine the digital market infrastructure across securities finance, we are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join us in either London (Canary Wharf) or New York (Wall Street).

Here at , we build sophisticated technology backed by deep human understanding, and this role sits right at the intersection of complex financial markets, innovative workflow automation, and client collaboration.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
🔹 Own meaningful product initiatives end-to-end; from initial discovery through to delivery.
🔹 Work directly with trading desks and global financial institutions across APAC, the Americas and EMEA.
🔹 Translate client feedback and market workflows into clear, intuitive product requirements.
🔹 Partner closely with Sales, Tech, and QA teams to deliver high-impact platform capabilities across TRS, SBL, Repo, and Collateral.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
✔️ 5+ years in Securities Finance or related financial markets (SBL, TRS, or Synthetic Financing).
✔️ Strong grasp of trading, operational, and post-trade workflows.
✔️ Proven ability to turn complex market challenges into practical, user-friendly solutions.
✔️ Exceptional ownership mindset and communication skills.
