Head of Portfolio Management & Investment (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid role based in Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne or Brisbane, Australia.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the AUSPAC Transformation Roadmap.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritisation and investment governance.
• Establish a single portfolio-management framework across AUSPAC.
• Provide recommendations on funding, capacity and sequencing.
• Improve visibility of portfolio dependencies and delivery constraints.
• Build a trusted portfolio data spine with automated reporting and decision support, while constructively challenging major programs.

Requirements

• Senior portfolio leadership experience across complex transformation portfolios.
• Experience in regulated financial services and enterprise transformation.
• Expertise in investment governance and portfolio rationalisation.
• Ability to prioritise and govern transformation investment.
• Track record of building portfolio capabilities from the ground up.
• Working knowledge of executive decision support.
• Skills in business case development, commercial acumen, critical thinking, influencing, stakeholder management, strategic leadership, project management, program financial management and process improvement.
