Portfolio Planning and Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Lead the Roadside annual planning process and translate strategic priorities into a prioritised, executable roadmap.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives, including prioritisation, sequencing, dependency management and delivery-impact visibility.
• Align Operations, Digital, Technology and Finance stakeholders on investment decisions, business cases and delivery outcomes.
• Provide portfolio governance through reporting, risk management, decision-making forums and executive communications.
• Lead complex business initiatives from concept through implementation, including testing, process readiness, stakeholder engagement and transition planning.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team while building accountability, capability and a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Experience leading portfolios, programs or large-scale business initiatives in complex operational environments.
• Strong strategic planning and prioritisation skills, including balancing competing demands and aligning stakeholders with business objectives.
• Proven people leadership experience and a track record of developing teams and delivering results through others.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including influencing and aligning senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing governance processes, reporting, risks and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong commercial and delivery acumen, including experience supporting business case development, investment planning and decision-making.
• Ability to assess change impacts, manage operational readiness and ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
