Executive Officer (Digital Health and Innovation)

Location: hirify.global Gold Coast campus, Southport, Queensland, Australia; hybrid on-campus and work-from-home options are available, with possible work across other university locations.

Salary: AUD 104,504–113,219 per year plus 17% superannuation; total FTE package of AUD 122,270–132,466 per year.

What you will do

• Provide strategic, operational, project, and systems support to the Director of Digital Health and Innovation.
• Coordinate portfolio priorities, complex initiatives, stakeholder input, timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Translate strategic priorities and executive decisions into structured implementation activities and coordinated action.
• Prepare briefings, reports, recommendations, presentations, and progress updates for senior leaders.
• Develop and improve systems, workflows, reporting, and governance processes supporting portfolio delivery.
• Contribute to strategic planning, accreditation, assurance, continuous improvement, partnership development, and digital health initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications with at least four years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of skills, knowledge, and experience.
• Experience providing high-level executive, strategic, operational, and project support in a complex organisation.
• Sound working knowledge of digital health and its application across education, research, innovation, or workforce capability.
• Strong project and implementation coordination skills, including management of competing priorities, stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, risks, and actions.
• Excellent analytical, research, problem-solving, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
