Junior Supply Chain Project Manager (Telecommunications)

What you will do

• Lead the industrialization of Fixed Networks and Broadband Networks products from R&D through pilot production to mass-production implementation.
• Coordinate R&D, Product Management, Procurement, Quality, Data Management, and manufacturing partners on product and supply chain implementation plans.
• Develop industrialization plans covering milestones, pilot runs, manufacturing readiness, engineering changes, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor early-production quality and yield, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and resolve technical, manufacturing, material, and quality issues.
• Manage project risks, issues, opportunities, milestones, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate master-data readiness and quality in ENOVIA, SAP, and related systems, while supporting continuous improvement of industrialization processes.

Requirements

• Strong project-management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Experience in supply chain, NPI, product industrialization, manufacturing, or a related telecommunications environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of R&D, testing, SMT/assembly operations, and material-management processes.
• Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and geographical locations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Nice to have

• Experience working with EMS/manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of ENOVIA PLM, ALPIM, SAP, Blue Planet, or comparable product/master-data systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
