What you will do

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and kitting operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, kitting, and shipping.
• Ensure material availability, inventory and kitting accuracy, timely order fulfilment, and adherence to established processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff while managing workforce planning, manpower allocation, and performance.
• Establish and improve KPIs covering productivity, service levels, safety, quality, inventory accuracy, kitting accuracy, and cost performance.
• Analyse operational data, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive Lean, Six Sigma, automation, AI-enabled, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with warehouse, planning, procurement, production, finance, engineering, systems, process, and external stakeholders while maintaining safety, regulatory, environmental, customer, and ISO compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain management, warehousing, logistics operations, or related fields, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role managing logistics and operational teams.
• Experience in warehouse and transportation management, inventory control, and kitting operations within manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics processes, supply chain planning, and material flow management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE, and WMS platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, operate under pressure and ambiguity, balance short-term operational needs with long-term objectives, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Results-oriented approach with accountability, customer service focus, operational excellence, continuous improvement, resilience, adaptability, and sound judgment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in customs clearance, import/export documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Lean Management, and/or AI-enabled operational improvement initiatives using data analytics, automation, and digital technologies.
• Experience leading process improvement projects and implementing data-driven solutions to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
