Inventory & Logistics Executive

Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore, with inventory operations across Singapore and Johor Bahru

What you will do

• Own inventory accuracy, stock policies, cycle counts, stock takes, stocking levels, safety stock, reorder points, traceability, and inventory data across the Singapore and Johor Bahru sites.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team and improve receiving, storage, kitting, issuing, safety, 5S, and warehouse-layout processes for HAUV builds.
• Plan and coordinate local and overseas shipments of HAUVs, spares, vehicles, and support equipment for tank tests, sea trials, and client deployments.
• Manage Singapore–Johor Bahru transfers, cross-border transport, customs documentation, freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics service providers.
• Oversee dangerous-goods shipping, including lithium batteries, and manage field and loaned equipment returns, inspections, and refurbishment.
• Maintain audit-ready records, report on inventory and logistics performance, and improve systems and processes as the fleet scales.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics management, including at least 2 years leading a team. Experience in manufacturing, electronics, marine, aerospace, or defense is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methods, ERP systems, and warehouse processes; Odoo experience is a plus.
• Experience with international and cross-border logistics, including Singapore–Malaysia shipments and customs processes.
• Working knowledge of dangerous-goods shipping, especially lithium batteries.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Data-driven approach and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting project-based or field deployments of heavy or high-value equipment.
• Familiarity with strategic-goods and export-control requirements.
• IATA DGR certification or dangerous-goods training.
• APICS/ASCM certification, such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD, or similar.
• Experience setting up inventory systems in a scaling startup.
