Production Planning & Supply Chain Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and control daily production schedules and operational activities.
• Optimize build plans and priorities to meet customer requirements, production capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor BOM inventory, WIP levels, production output, order backlog, and critical customer requirements.
• Validate customer orders and commit delivery dates based on inventory, material supply, and production capability.
• Translate demand into production and shipment plans, allocating inventory and capacity during constrained supply situations.
• Improve planning processes, inventory management, productivity, service levels, and delivery performance while maintaining compliance with policies, controls, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in production planning, supply chain planning, logistics, or order fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, order management, and supply-demand planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
• High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
