Staff Product Manager (Enterprise Deployment Solutions)

Location: Republic of Ireland (Remote); candidates are being considered in Ireland.

Base compensation in Ireland: EUR 133,600–160,320 annually; RSUs are included.

A remote product company developing Grafana Cloud, an open-source and open-standards observability platform used by more than 10,000 organizations.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) and Federal Cloud products.
• Use product data and market research to balance customer value, engineering cost, technical constraints, and customer timelines.
• Own product positioning, messaging, differentiation, competitive analysis, launches, enablement, and demand programs with Product Marketing.
• Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on product buildouts for non-standard deployment environments.
• Work with customers, prospects, field teams, partners, resellers, and analysts on strategic deals and deployment options.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal on product changes affecting authorization and customer commitments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product, or a technical background in software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management together with a demonstrated move into product ownership.
• Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, including firsthand understanding of its impact on the product, operations, and economics.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools.
• Clear product and go-to-market judgment, including shaping what a product should be and how it is positioned and sold.
• Interest in working with US public sector customers and learning their needs and buying cycles; deep compliance expertise is not required.
• Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization.

Nice to have

• Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks including FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, or SecNumCloud, or with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, or GCP Sovereign Cloud.
• Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products.
• Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners.
• Familiarity with open-source software or commercial open-source companies.
