Junior Technical Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own platform and interoperability projects from discovery and backlog grooming through delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Define and execute the roadmap for shared platform capabilities that support multiple product squads.
• Work with engineers and data scientists to scope solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and break technical epics into shippable increments.
• Manage dependencies between product modules and maintain interoperable data contracts, APIs, and interfaces.
• Translate technical constraints and product needs for stakeholders, customers, and non-technical audiences.
• Clear roadblocks and make critical product decisions in ambiguous and changing situations.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, engineering, data science, or a similar technical function.
• Engineering background or equivalent technical fluency with a strong product mindset.
• Hands-on understanding of LLM-based products, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, embeddings, or model evaluation frameworks.
• Experience reasoning about system dependencies, data contracts, and cross-module interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL and analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, OMOP, or CDISC.
• Experience with regulated-industry constraints.
