Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Define product strategy, requirements, specifications, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
• Translate complex business, scientific, and customer challenges into actionable product initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design, Data, Scientific, Product Owner, and Commercial teams.
• Gather customer and market insights, monitor product performance, and improve the user experience.
• Use AI-powered tools and agentic workflows, including Claude Code, to accelerate product discovery and delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a fast-growing technology, SaaS, or AI-driven organization.
• Experience owning and delivering complex software products from concept through launch.
• Strong analytical, roadmap management, backlog prioritization, and technical specification skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and independent execution abilities.
• Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and agile delivery processes.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-native SaaS, enterprise software, or complex B2B technology platforms.
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, life sciences, or clinical trials.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, AI agents, or AI-assisted software development.
• Experience scaling products in venture-backed startups or high-growth technology companies.
• Technical background or experience collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams.
