Senior Product Manager (EOR)

Location: Remote; Spain, Portugal, South Africa, or Bulgaria

What you will do

• Own the full Employer of Record lifecycle, including quotes, onboarding, contracts, country compliance, benefits, employment changes, and offboarding.
• Set and defend the product roadmap and decide what should be built.
• Lead customer, prospect, employee, and operations discovery and establish discovery-led product practices.
• Turn customer service escalations, operational pain points, sales objections, prospect conversations, and support tickets into prioritised product direction.
• Build internal platforms and AI agents for onboarding and contract automation, compliance checks, operational workflows, and support tooling.
• Coordinate product, engineering, operations, payroll, and go-to-market execution across time zones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience with hands-on ownership of EOR, HR tech, or complex B2B workflow products such as onboarding, compliance, or operations platforms.
• Experience shipping and scaling products built on real operational complexity, ideally through a growth phase.
• Strong discovery skills, including forming an independent view from customer input and data.
• Hands-on experience with AI as both a product surface and a working tool.
• Ability to work deeply with employment law, compliance requirements, and country-specific processes.
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones.

Nice to have

• Direct experience at an EOR, PEO, or global payroll provider.
• Experience building internal tooling or automation for operations teams.
