Program Manager (Energy)

Location: Hybrid in Morgan Hill, California, US; work from a remote office and assigned location based on business need. Travel may be required for approximately 33% of the work schedule.

Salary: $85,000–$127,000 per year; eligible for discretionary incentive compensation programs.

What you will do

• Manage internal programs and support program implementation and operations.
• Manage relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, vendors, partners, and strategic programs.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, program metrics, success reporting, and visual operating boards.
• Partner with Marketing, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to develop customer strategies and support regulatory filings, data requests, and regulator meetings.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, delivery strategies, and new partner, technology, and delivery-channel opportunities.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and participate in project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of related experience.

Nice to have

• Full understanding of Program Management and the ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, perform, and communicate activities in written and verbal form.
• Knowledge of utility and energy industry issues, industry trends, and political, economic, and social issues affecting the market.
• Knowledge of energy applications for local customers, including energy issues, customer energy-efficiency applications, and general customer information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Concur, Metbench (MOX), and Unifier.
