Program Manager III

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; in-office role

Base salary: $112,000–$208,000 per year; incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional program and project teams executing organizational programs aligned with corporate strategy.
• Direct the highest-complexity programs requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business.
• Manage general and detailed program planning and influence project decisions to achieve program goals.
• Oversee and report on program budgets, including programs that may exceed $25 million.
• Evaluate program implementation and effectiveness, recommend enhancements, and coordinate consistent delivery with service partner leadership.
• Mentor other program managers and support customer-focused, risk-aware business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Knowledge and ability in accountability, client counseling, decision-making, results orientation, and strategic planning.
• Competence in accuracy and attention to detail, analytical thinking, consulting, effective communication, organizational change management, organizational leadership, problem solving, program management, and project management.
• Ability to focus on customer needs and satisfaction when making business decisions and creating customer solutions.
• Ability to assess and manage risks in accordance with hirify.global’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
