Senior Manager, Remediations Management

Location: Hybrid role based at the SCE facility in Pomona, California; employees are generally required to work and reside in California. Up to 25% travel and field work throughout the SCE service territory.

Salary: $182,800–$274,100 per year.

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of Transmission and Distribution compliance and remediation programs, including HF/NHF P2/P3 remediation, GO 165 inspections, compliance notifications, and environmental remediation.
• Lead complex energy delivery projects across research, design, equipment specification and selection, installation, start-up, commissioning, and evaluation.
• Manage operational planning, intra-day schedules, work processing, resource coordination, and business continuity.
• Oversee Capital and O&M budgets, program revenues, profitability, cash management, and budget utilization.
• Manage performance metrics, business processes, documentation, communications, training, and development of operational resources and tools.
• Lead employees, establish performance expectations, resolve execution barriers, and partner with Operations and other stakeholders on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience supervising direct reports and/or managing projects.
• Experience in energy delivery or distribution, including preventing electrical service interruptions.
• Valid Class C Driver's License.
• Protect physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets and properly manage private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other sensitive information.

Nice to have

• Experience leading complex programs and driving results.
• Experience with Transmission and Distribution operations, design, compliance, inspections, or remediation.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, resolve barriers, and improve performance.
