Engineering Program Manager II (High-Performance Computing)

Location: Onsite in Spring, Texas, United States

Base salary: USD 74,000–170,300 annually in Texas; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple projects within large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs for product or service development.
• Develop project support requirements, budgets, and resource allocation plans according to established specifications.
• Coordinate project teams, track progress, report results, and recommend plan or program updates.
• Create program communications, status reports, summaries, escalation tracking, stakeholder updates, and project or program plans.
• Lead resources across multiple projects and help improve engineering process and program efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or an equivalent qualification.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience managing technology-driven programs.
• Experience using project planning tools and software to create, manage, and track project results.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of organizational and company product and service development processes.
• Knowledge of project and program methodologies, resource allocation plans, budgets, and requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with mastery of English and the local language.
• Ability to communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results effectively and negotiate options.
