Program Manager (Fleet Management)

Location: Remote, United States; ability to travel required

Salary: $125,000–$135,000 per year plus an annual performance-based bonus incentive; paid weekly

What you will do

• Design and implement service delivery programs tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the lifecycle of complex initiatives, unblock teams, and negotiate resources.
• Influence customer segments, technology decisions, and external entity interactions within a GM organization.
• Advise senior managers and directors while mentoring and developing team members.
• Balance short-term and long-term priorities, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Build strategic customer relationships, lead business reviews, analyze performance metrics, handle escalations, and propose solutions that improve service delivery, retention, and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience in fleet management, logistics, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of end-to-end project delivery experience, including presenting results to senior executives.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps, plus data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Six Sigma or Lean techniques, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to innovate, optimize processes, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Passion for customer success and deep knowledge of fleet operations.
• Outstanding oral presentation skills and experience creating compelling, data-driven slides for senior executives consistent with top-tier consulting standards.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds and to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, feel, and reach with hands and arms.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA in business or operations.
• Transportation or fleet management experience with a mid- to large-size fleet.
• 5+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders at varied organizational levels.
• Experience building processes, managing projects, and creating schedules.
