Expert Program Manager, Electric T&D; Propel (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Hybrid in Oakland, Dublin, or Pleasanton, California, United States; work from a remote office and the assigned location 2–3 days per week.

Salary: Bay Area range of $129,000–$207,000; midpoint $168,000. Eligible for discretionary incentive compensation programs.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting Electric T&D business objectives and the SAP Propel modernization program.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans covering scope, schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Electric T&D, IT, Asset Management, Engineering, and external implementation partners to deliver business capabilities and operational outcomes.
• Lead business readiness, change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities.
• Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, readiness measures, operational performance indicators, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, facilitate governance forums and steering committees, and drive alignment and issue resolution without direct authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of job-related experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a job-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• PMI PMP certification.
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Work and Asset Management, Enterprise Asset Management, or utility business processes.
• Knowledge of electric transmission and distribution operations, maintenance, construction, planning, and asset management.
• Experience leading ERP implementations or enterprise transformation programs.
