ServiceNow Developer (EAM, HAM, SAM) - Remote

Location: Remote within the United States; work must be performed within the United States. Foreign locations and foreign IP addresses are restricted, and personal VPN connections are not permitted.

Salary: $98,614.00–$167,644.00 annually.

What you will do

• Define and implement secure, scalable ServiceNow architecture aligned with enterprise strategy, governance, data architecture, and federal compliance standards.
• Design, develop, configure, and implement ITAM, HAM, SAM, EAM, ITOM, custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation.
• Implement ServiceNow Data Foundations, CMDB, data models, asset relationships, normalization, governance, and data quality improvements.
• Develop asset lifecycle solutions covering procurement, inventory, discovery, assignment, maintenance, compliance, optimization, retirement, and disposal.
• Build and support REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party enterprise integrations, including reliable data synchronization.
• Support ATO activities, upgrades, patching, cloning, platform administration, performance tuning, production support, Agile delivery, code reviews, mentoring, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, implementation, or solution architecture experience.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status, authorization to work in the United States, and residence in the United States are required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
• Hands-on experience implementing, developing, or supporting ServiceNow HAM, SAM, and EAM solutions and their related asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow Data Foundations, data governance, normalization, data quality, enterprise data modeling, large-scale CMDB implementations, and data relationship management.
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, custom application development, Service Portal and/or Employee Center, and third-party enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on development experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and scoped applications.
• Required certification: ServiceNow Certified Data Foundations Specialist. Additional listed certifications include CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, CIS-HAM, and CIS-SAM.
