Senior IT Commercial Analyst (IT Procurement and Software Licensing): Managing the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of IT software products and services with an accent on licensing, contract renewals, supplier management, negotiations, and commercial governance. Focus on optimizing IT portfolio costs, coordinating cross-functional vendor evaluations, and maintaining accurate renewal forecasts and reporting.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end software licensing and IT services renewals, acquisitions, expansion requests, and purchase order facilitation.
- Engage business stakeholders and IT Product Owners to validate requirements and forecast future needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with software and services providers.
- Coordinate vendor evaluations with Procurement, Legal, Security, Risk & Assurance, and Architecture teams.
- Monitor licensing, contractual obligations, supplier changes, contract administration, and payment processes.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and maintain renewal pipelines, commercial reporting, and forecasts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT Procurement experience.
- Experience in software licensing, IT procurement, contract management, supplier management, or commercial operations.
- Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, and vendor pricing arrangements.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, subscription, perpetual, concurrent, and named-user software licensing models.
- Experience managing multiple software and services contracts and renewals simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Financial and commercial analysis capability with advanced Excel reporting skills.
Nice to have
- Experience using ServiceNow, Workday, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of IT procurement governance, software asset management, and vendor risk processes.
- Experience managing enterprise software portfolios in consulting, engineering, technology, or professional services environments.
- Experience supporting Statement of Work creation, administration, and governance.
