What you will do

• Develop product processes from laboratory scale through high-volume manufacturing scale.
• Design and continuously improve product manufacturing and filtration processes.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving, improvement planning, root cause analysis, and project planning.
• Generate technical data, conduct laboratory experiments, analyze results, and document findings.
• Apply DOE and FMEA tools to identify and solve process and product issues.
• Engage with customers to understand market trends and prioritize quality improvements while participating in EH&S programs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience, in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• Thorough understanding of organic, inorganic, and polymer chemistry and chemical engineering.
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects with varying deadlines and commitments.
• Ability to lead deep technical discussions and market/customer discussions.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to develop and implement project plans and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Understanding of mass transport phenomena.
• Work experience in semiconductor, electronic materials, chemical industries, or polymerization.
