Corporate Finance Manager (Fundraising and Investor Relations)

Salary: USD 133,000–166,250 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Lead investor and lender due diligence for corporate debt, project finance, and equity raises while managing confidential data rooms.
• Coordinate fundraising and diligence workstreams across engineering, operations, legal, and finance teams.
• Manage concurrent financing processes, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support financing execution, including note financings, warrant issuances, closing checklists, signatures, and related documentation.
• Maintain long-range financial models and develop investor-facing materials such as confidential information memoranda, lender decks, and investor updates.
• Coordinate technical diligence, investor reporting, fundraising strategy, and meetings with the CEO, senior leadership, investors, and lenders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, or complex transactional finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building and maintaining complex, multi-driver financial models.
• Ability to understand complex technical or engineering concepts and translate them for financial audiences.
• Strong organizational discipline, follow-through, confidentiality management, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and credibility with senior executives and external investors or lenders.
