Senior Staff, Workplace AI

Location: Remote

Salary: $150,000–$230,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for full-time regular employees.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to turn ambiguous requests into clear problem statements, AI hypotheses, and measurable success criteria.
• Map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and quantify the potential impact of AI solutions, including time, error, risk, and throughput improvements.
• Define use-case scope, requirements, and business value with the Director of Workplace AI and technical partners.
• Conduct market research, evaluate vendors, and develop build-versus-buy comparison frameworks covering capabilities, cost, risk, and fit.
• Establish pre-deployment baselines and track adoption, outcomes, performance, and ROI through practical metrics and dashboards.
• Prepare business cases, evaluation summaries, ROI updates, and insights to support executive decisions, training, messaging, and adoption strategy.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, product strategy, transformation, or similar analytically intensive individual-contributor roles.
• Strong fluency with modern AI and GenAI concepts and enterprise productivity tools, including the ability to understand solution patterns and constraints.
• Experience structuring ambiguous business problems and delivering clear, data-informed recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience performing quantitative analysis on operational and business metrics using Excel, Sheets, BI tools, or similar.
• Ability to turn stakeholder discussions and data into concise narratives, business cases, and recommendation documents.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders on technology-enabled change involving tools, workflows, or process improvements.
• Strong written communication skills for preparing memos, decks, and summaries for senior non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience in strategy, operations, or analytics, or internal strategy and operations experience focused on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience building simple ROI models or value frameworks for technology or process changes.
• Exposure to vendor selection, SaaS evaluations, or B2B and enterprise market scans.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools for building adoption and value views.
