What you will do

  • Design and own end-to-end Clinical Operations workflows, including ownership models, standard operating procedures, escalation paths, decision points, and service-level agreements.
  • Build SQL-based analytics and business intelligence reporting covering demand, capacity, turnaround times, resource allocation, workflow performance, and operational outcomes.

  • Expand clinician self-service through onboarding education, recurring forums, online guidance, frequently asked questions, and support agents.
  • Develop playbooks, toolkits, job aids, and decision rules that standardize how dyads and coordinators operate while preserving escalation paths for complex cases.
  • Manage support staff who handle clinician questions and escalations, and measure the impact of operational improvements on clinician performance, quality, and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, analytics, implementation, or a related field.
  • Independent SQL skills and experience using dashboards, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools to analyze operational performance.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation, AI, no-code, or low-code tools used in frontline operations.
  • Ability to map workflows, redesign operating models, define ownership, reduce handoffs, and create scalable procedures and escalation paths.
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from New York City and authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company that has demonstrated scale.
