Instructional Designer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, United States

Base pay: $77,762–$89,118 annually

Develops an AI-powered OT and IoT cybersecurity platform that provides network visibility, threat detection, and operational insight for enterprises, government entities, and critical infrastructure organizations.

What you will do

• Design and develop learning experiences, assessments, activities, knowledge checks, and certifications aligned with learning outcomes and technical proficiency goals.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and subject matter experts.
• Analyze learning needs and maintain curriculum supporting configuration, management, and use of the cybersecurity platform.
• Apply instructional design best practices and ensure content meets learning objectives, competency goals, design standards, and business priorities.
• Evaluate content effectiveness using LMS engagement analytics and post-course survey feedback.
• Support the growth and continuous improvement of the Academy.

Requirements

• Strong writing, organization, and project management skills.
• Experience managing work with a variety of subject matter experts.
• Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Proven experience in scaled learning content design and development.
• Understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation practices.
• Familiarity with learning technologies and content development tools, including Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Cloudshare, and Skilljar.
• Collaborative, coachable mindset with a passion for learning.
