Senior Trainer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Texas with 25% statewide travel; candidates must reside within Texas.

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate training efforts with cross-functional departments.
• Develop and administer a universal training curriculum using relevant technologies.
• Conduct training sessions covering processes for various health plan departments.
• Create training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through cost-benefit analyses and communicate results to management.
• Audit team results, identify training gaps, improve training programs, and recommend policy and procedure updates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of training and auditing experience.
• Ability to travel statewide and a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Residence within Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience in a managed care or healthcare environment.
• Experience creating e-learning courses using Articulate and Camtasia.
• Experience with curriculum development.
