Senior Revenue Operations Manager - Order to Cash (B2B SaaS)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA; Portland, Oregon, USA; or San Francisco, California, USA

Estimated base pay range: $1–$2 USD. The role is also eligible for a corporate bonus plan.

What you will do

• Co-own and prioritize the Order-to-Cash roadmap according to business needs and customer impact.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and partner with Engineering and QA to deliver system enhancements and platform capabilities.
• Review test plans, validate results, and coordinate cross-functional User Acceptance Testing for launches.
• Design, document, and continuously improve operational procedures across the organization.
• Establish processes for large-scale cross-functional launches, including new product SKUs and updated buying programs.
• Investigate billing and usage-data discrepancies, troubleshoot edge cases, and maintain data integrity while balancing commercial flexibility with operational simplicity.

Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Finance, Business, Billing, or Revenue Operations within high-growth, consumption-based B2B SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception through delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex operational concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, comfort with numbers, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse environments.
