TL;DR
Strategic Finance & Operations Lead (RevOps): Building and scaling the revenue operations function across Salesforce, forecasting, deal desk, commissions, and quote-to-cash workflows with an accent on GTM systems, pipeline visibility, and pricing operations. Focus on administering Salesforce, automating finance and sales-system integrations, improving forecast accuracy, and managing complex enterprise deals and compensation calculations.

Location: Palo Alto, CA, United States. Hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 3 remote flex days per quarter after the first 3 months.

Base salary: $150,000–$185,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

Company

hirify.global is building an AI-native social operating system for social commerce, helping brands develop relationships with communities through social interactions, recommendations, and personalized experiences. The company was founded by ex-Meta product and engineering leaders, has raised over $30M, and works with brands including Oura Health, Caraway, e.l.f. Cosmetics, Kosas, and OLIPOP.

What you will do

  • Own the Salesforce administration function, including objects, flows, validation rules, reporting, user management, and pipeline data hygiene.
  • Manage the GTM technology stack and build integrations between Salesforce, Pylon, Granola, Slack, billing, ERP, and finance systems such as Rillet.
  • Run weekly forecasting, pipeline reviews, forecast rollups, and board-level reporting across bookings, pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity, and drop-off.
  • Operate the enterprise and mid-market deal desk, including order forms, pricing approvals, discount governance, pilots, multi-brand rollouts, and ramp deals.
  • Administer commission plans, quota setting, territory design, compensation calculations, accruals, disputes, and plan documentation.
  • Own initial marketing operations, including lead routing, attribution, and campaign-to-pipeline reporting, while delivering automation and a 12-month RevOps roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in hands-on revenue or sales operations at a B2B SaaS company, ideally one that scaled through Series A/B, or 2–3 years in management consulting, banking, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment with evidence of systems expertise.
  • Ability to become the Salesforce administrator within the first quarter and master technical tools quickly and independently; experience building complex models, automating workflows, writing SQL, or learning platforms under deadline pressure is required.
  • Experience with commission administration, deal desk, billing handoffs, or quote-to-cash processes, with precision around employee compensation and revenue recognition.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills are required. SQL and comfort using AI tools to automate work are strong pluses.
  • Ability to combine structured thinking with hands-on execution, including data cleanup and order form quality assurance.
  • High ownership and willingness to perform both strategic and operational work in a 60-person company.

Nice to have

  • Prior Salesforce administration experience.
  • Experience with usage-based or hybrid pricing models.
  • Experience administering CaptivateIQ, Spiff, QuotaPath, or building compensation calculations from scratch.
  • Exposure to CPQ implementation or evaluation.
  • Familiarity with Rillet, NetSuite, or similar finance stacks, and Coupa, Ariba, or similar procurement portals.
  • Prior experience as a first operations hire or on a founding team.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hybrid work schedule with four office days and three remote flex days per quarter after the initial three months.
  • Competitive compensation, early equity, and bonus opportunity.
  • Health, vision, and dental benefits with a 401(k) match.
  • $1,000 monthly housing stipend near the office, $50 monthly mobile stipend, and commuter benefits including a train stipend or Palo Alto parking reimbursement.
  • ClassPass membership, free lunch, and career growth opportunities as the company scales.
