Senior Recruiter (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal, or London, United Kingdom; offer-stage candidates may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

Estimated annual salary: €34,000–€50,000 for Lisbon-based hires; £60,000–£90,000 for London-based hires. Compensation may vary by work location. The role is eligible for hirify.global’s equity plan.

What you will do

• Advise hiring managers with market insights, best practices, and tailored hiring strategies.
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including hiring plans, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Use creative sourcing and direct outreach through LinkedIn and other platforms to recruit candidates for cybersecurity and network security sales teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines, maintain data integrity in Greenhouse, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Partner with hiring teams to improve diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate on recruiting initiatives and hiring projects to improve the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Direct experience hiring for technology roles.
• Expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruiting and helping build diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong influencing skills and a proactive, resourceful, solution-oriented, results-driven mindset.
• Ability to identify and address potential hiring bottlenecks proactively.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and thrive in a team-based environment.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
• Experience hiring for network security or cybersecurity sales roles.
