What you will do

• Source, interview, and match high-quality candidates to senior finance roles.
• Partner with new and existing clients through outreach and business development calls to understand hiring needs.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, guiding candidates and clients from taking a brief to negotiating offers.
• Develop specialist market expertise by staying inquisitive about clients’ markets and hiring challenges.
• Drive targets and monetary goals to support desk growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain client relationships through client visits, networking, and entertainment events.
