Salary: £27,937–£43,709 per year plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Source, interview, and match senior finance candidates with permanent roles.
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders and client organisations across the Midlands.
• Develop new business through outreach, business development calls, client visits, networking, and events.
• Manage the full recruitment process from taking a brief through offer negotiation.
• Recruit for roles including Financial Controllers, Finance Directors, Management Accountants, and other senior finance professionals.
• Contribute to desk growth, profitability, and target achievement.
