What you will do

• Source, interview, and match Cyber Security professionals with contract and interim opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outreach, business development calls, client visits, networking, and events.
• Manage the full recruitment process from taking the initial brief through candidate guidance and offer negotiation.
• Develop specialist expertise in the Cyber and Information Security recruitment market.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to desk growth and profitability.
