Operations Manager - Equipment Finance Sales Coordinators

Location: Minnetonka, MN, United States; other locations include Columbus, OH, Cincinnati, OH, and Charlotte, NC. Workplace type: Office.

Salary: $70,000–$154,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead and manage Sales Coordinators responsible for preparing, managing, and closing loan and lease transactions in the Asset Finance division.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop, and recognize team members while managing performance and career planning.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and ensure transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to established policies and procedures.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Credit/Underwriting, Quality Control, Risk, Compliance, and Operations throughout documentation and closing.
• Lead strategic process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the Asset Finance transaction lifecycle.
• Partner with IT Product teams on system enhancements, technology initiatives, conversions, automation, and scalability improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in banking operations or the financial services industry, including management or supervisory experience.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in financial services, commercial lending, equipment finance, or a related environment.
• Knowledge of loan and lease documentation, transaction closing processes, and operational controls; experience with complex or large-collateral transactions.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Credit/Underwriting, Quality Control, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and complex transactions in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience supporting process improvements, system enhancements, implementations, or system conversions with technology and product teams.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives involving process standardization, automation, and adoption of new technologies.
