Property and Facilities Manager

Location: Hybrid role based in Eagan, Minnesota, United States, with approximately 30% travel among company locations and project sites.

Salary: $92,160–$128,000 annual base compensation.

What you will do

• Coordinate facilities operations across approximately 10 owned and 10 leased locations, maintaining portfolio records, standards, documentation, and reporting.
• Monitor facility condition, preventive maintenance, inspections, safety, operational readiness, and property-related priorities.
• Coordinate construction, renovation, expansion, tenant-improvement, and capital-improvement projects from scope development through closeout.
• Act as the internal liaison among leadership, operating companies, property managers, contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Track project schedules, budgets, change orders, risks, invoices, commitments, and completion documentation.
• Support vendor performance, annual operating and capital budgets, compliance activities, insurance inspections, business continuity, and long-range capital planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction management, business administration, engineering, real estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, commercial property management, construction project coordination, real estate operations, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple facilities, commercial properties, capital projects, tenant improvements, renovations, or construction activities.
• Familiarity with commercial building systems, preventive maintenance, construction processes, project budgeting, contract administration, and vendor management.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, project schedules, scopes of work, proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.
• Strong organization, communication, project-management, prioritization, and stakeholder-coordination skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.
