Fabric and Home Care Purchasing Manager (Printed Packaging)

Starting pay: $90,700.00–$116,500.00 per year

What you will do

• Develop and lead the Fabric & Home Care Material Execution Team, building capability and executing supply strategies, risk mitigation plans, and cross-functional priorities.
• Partner with suppliers and multifunctional teams to resolve supply issues, improve processes, and deliver business continuity.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital supplier tools, inventory connections, and capabilities that improve visibility and responsiveness.
• Standardize and enhance supplier scorecards, governance, accountability, and compliance with business metrics and reporting requirements.
• Lead packaging supply chain initiatives covering capacity planning, continuity planning, SLEA creation, and corrugated packaging solution development and qualification.
• Improve forecasting, Below the Line planning, supplier capacity planning, operational excellence, service, cost performance, innovation, transformation, and sustainability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing supplier relationship management and performance leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Business, or an equivalent field.
• Experience with supply chain execution and material planning.
• Experience with digital transformation and systems implementation.
• Cross-functional leadership and influence skills.
• Project management and change leadership skills.
• Data analytics and performance management experience.
• Forecasting, capacity planning, and supply risk management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
