What you will do

• Complete rotations across Purchasing/Sourcing, Project/Program Management, and Supplier Account Management during the 30-month program.
• Issue RFQs, analyze proposals, negotiate prices, execute orders, and support delivery for volume manufacturing.
• Develop procurement and commodity strategies balancing cost, quality, source reliability, and urgency.
• Resolve supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, and lead time.
• Present cost-reduction, sourcing, capacity, and lead-time initiatives to stakeholders.
• Forecast engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements and contribute to Make vs. Buy decisions.

Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Good academic standing; a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and executive reports and presentations.
• Strong written, oral, quantitative, qualitative, listening, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, adapt to change, and collaborate across organizations.
• Commitment to completing the full 30-month rotational program.

Nice to have

• Statistics, machine learning, data analytics, R, SAS, SQL, or Python skills.
