Location: Gloucester, MA, United States. Onsite supply chain role with 10% travel; relocation eligible.

Salary: $60,000–$73,500 per year.

What you will do

• Complete rotations across Purchasing/Sourcing, Project/Program Management, and Supplier Account Management during the 30-month development program.
• Issue RFQs, analyze proposals, negotiate prices, execute orders, and ensure delivery for volume manufacturing.
• Develop procurement and commodity strategies that balance cost, quality, supplier reliability, and urgency.
• Resolve supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, and lead time.
• Present cost reduction, sourcing, lead-time reduction, capacity, and other supply initiatives to stakeholders.
• Forecast engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements and support Make vs. Buy decisions.

Requirements

• Commitment to completing the full 30-month rotational program.
• Bachelor’s degree at graduation in Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Good academic standing; a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and executive reports and presentations.
• Strong written, oral, quantitative, qualitative, listening, interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, adapt to change, and work across organizations.

Nice to have

• Statistics, machine learning, data analytics, R, SAS, SQL, or Python skills.
