Supplier Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Bethlehem, PA, United States — on-site. Must be a US citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a DOD security clearance.

Salary: $78,200–$101,000 annually.

Engineered Pump Division provides mission-critical pumps, parts, overhaul, upgrade, and field-service capabilities for U.S. Navy ships and submarines, including Ford and Nimitz Class aircraft carriers and Virginia and Columbia Class submarines.

What you will do

• Lead analysis of material requirements, inventory positions, supply-demand balances, forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory readiness.
• Develop and execute material and long-range supply strategies for multiple programs, manufacturing operations, product lines, and business units.
• Review RFQs, process distributed teaming partner product quotes, administer manufactured product pricing, and track partner orders through customer submission.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate supply-chain risks while driving cross-functional recovery plans for critical material shortages.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, reports, and advanced analyses.
• Lead inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring Material Analysts.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in materials management, supply-chain planning, inventory control, production planning, or related analytical functions.
• Expert knowledge of supply-chain operations, inventory management, demand planning, and material-planning concepts.
• Expertise in MRP/ERP planning methodologies and inventory optimization techniques.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Exceptional project leadership and cross-functional team-management skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Advanced quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a US citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a DOD security clearance.
