What you will do
- Coordinate applicant tracking system administration, including interviewer access, candidate records, pipeline building, and application screening in JazzHR.
- Support recruiting operations by tracking recruitment metrics, updating job postings, and preparing weekly reports.
- Review resumes against basic role requirements and assist with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, campus outreach, and employee referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers across multiple time zones.
- Communicate with candidates, provide timely updates, and support a smooth candidate experience.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and confidential information-handling skills.
- Advanced Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills.
- Comfort learning digital tools; experience with ATS software or LinkedIn Recruiter is useful.
- Driven, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

- Experience with ATS software and LinkedIn Recruiter.
