Moulding Coordinator

Location: Monterrey, Mexico; hybrid work model with the option to work from home up to two days per week, subject to role and team applicability.

What you will do

• Track KPIs and participate in daily production meetings.
• Secure adequate team resources to achieve the production plan and respond efficiently to production-plan changes.
• Ensure the Moulding Production area meets established safety, quality, and cost requirements.
• Participate in PPS analysis and follow-up, as well as LEAN activities assigned by the manager.
• Support audit processes, external-claim corrective actions, 5S corrective actions, and Safety GLS findings.
• Manage the production floor when the Supervisor is absent, report incidents immediately, and complete additional manager-assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to follow hirify.global Group policies and established guidelines for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality.
• Active participation in plant activities related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality, including training, drills, and programs.
• Ability to support production planning, audits, corrective actions, and floor operations.
