Service Delivery Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage daily client engagement, client health reporting, and accurate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting support.
• Ensure service quality and operational performance within delivery standards and standard operating procedures.
• Build relationships with client users and decision-makers, expand organizational networks, and understand business and product needs.
• Coordinate the resolution of client inquiries and projects, provide client training, and maintain proactive service and support to reduce downtime and costs.
• Manage delivery metrics, mentor analysts, and collaborate with sales and support groups to demonstrate support value and identify expanded-support opportunities.
• Track product enhancements and changes in the investment accounting industry, aggregate client feedback, and guide operational and product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar field, or relevant experience in investment management, insurance, fintech, investment accounting, financial services, or investment operations.
• Working knowledge of financial services and investment accounting.
• Ability to proactively seek solutions and expertise and execute in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
