Senior Client Delivery Manager - Revenue Cycle (REMOTE)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed location is Franklin, Tennessee.

What you will do

• Lead operational delivery for high-complexity, high-impact healthcare revenue cycle accounts.
• Advise client executives and senior internal leaders on operational performance, risks, and strategic opportunities.
• Translate operational data, trends, and root cause analysis into executive-ready insights, presentations, and recommendations.
• Guide clients through operational changes, performance improvement initiatives, issue resolution, and evolving service needs.
• Frame and manage escalations in partnership with the Client Delivery Director, including risk, impact, options, and recommended actions.
• Mentor Client Delivery Specialists and Managers while contributing to delivery frameworks, training, and enterprise-level process improvements.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or related environments.
• Deep understanding of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client support models.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and lead operational discussions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations.
• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field is preferred.
