Business Intelligence Lead, Conversational Channels (AI)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required, and up to 5% travel may apply if located outside Louisville, KY. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Salary: $117,600–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Act as the primary analytics partner for IVR, intelligent virtual assistant, and AI-driven customer engagement initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Design, Digital, Operations, Business Intelligence leaders, and external partners to define and measure business outcomes.
• Support prioritization, stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and execution tracking across multiple initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into measurable success criteria and analytics requirements before launch.
• Mentor Business Intelligence Engineers and provide technical guidance on analytics, reporting, data quality, and development practices.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, operational reporting, and conversational channel performance analyses using Power BI and other visualization platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, or Product Analytics, or a Master's degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced SQL with 3+ years of experience working across large-scale enterprise datasets.
• 3+ years of Power BI experience.
• At least 1 year of experience translating business requirements into analytics solutions and actionable insights.
• At least 1 year of experience presenting data analytics to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Advanced SQL, DAX, and other data systems experience.
• Experience with IVR, IVA, Conversational AI, contact centers, digital customer experience, or customer engagement platforms.
• Experience as a team lead, technical lead, project lead, or product owner.
• Experience defining and governing enterprise KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Experience with Google BigQuery, Databricks, Google CCAI, Nuance, Genesys, or other conversational technology platforms.
• Experience with conversational analytics, speech analytics, journey analysis, customer experience measurement, healthcare, payer, pharmacy, or consumer health.
• Basic to intermediate Python for analytics automation and data validation.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, release processes, and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience building executive-level scorecards and performance reporting for large-scale transformation initiatives.
