What you will do

• Coordinate priorities, participation, execution plans, and process changes with engineering and product leaders.
• Contribute to the AI SDLC roadmap by gathering engineering input and prioritizing AI use cases for coding, review, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate requirements, delivery plans, and follow-up for the AI code reviewer.
• Track work from ticket to merge request, identify bottlenecks, and help teams close execution gaps.
• Define and monitor quality expectations for AI-generated code edits, analyze SDLC data, and recommend improvements.
• Support AI tooling adoption, update product processes for an AI-driven SDLC, coordinate the AI subject matter expert team, and work with security, compliance, and architecture partners to ensure safe and policy-consistent adoption.

Requirements

• Experience as a software engineer, including writing and shipping production code and participating in technical discussions with engineers.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle from idea through ticket, code, and release.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineers, engineering leaders, and stakeholders.
• Ability to pull and analyze metrics to evaluate results.
• Bias toward execution, including turning priorities into plans, owners, and decisions, following through, and raising blockers early.
• Curiosity about AI's impact on software development and willingness to learn related trust and governance considerations.
