Client Relations Account Manager II (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Cincinnati, Ohio; other locations include Atlanta, Georgia and Denver, Colorado, United States.

Salary: $75,400–$115,000 per year.

What you will do

• Maintain positive and consistent relationships with assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for problem resolution and client retention.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and internal Worldpay resources.
• Coordinate with clients, relationship managers, and other internal areas to ensure accounts are properly serviced.
• Ensure paperwork is properly executed and operational arrangements are in place for assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services.
• Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
