Salary: $180K–$220K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering, Product, and Design organization.
• Proactively source and engage exceptional technical and creative talent through targeted outreach, creative search strategies, and network leverage.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to shape hiring plans and translate business priorities into clear role definitions.
• Represent hirify.global to candidates by communicating its ambition, product differentiation, and legal technology mission.
• Deliver a thoughtful, transparent, high-integrity candidate experience.
• Help build the recruiting foundation, culture, and hiring velocity for a fast-growing organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting experience.
• Experience rapidly scaling technical teams.
• Creativity in problem-solving and innovation across all stages of the hiring cycle.
• Experience aligning internal stakeholders on job descriptions, compensation bands, and interview processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of major hiring initiatives.
• Strong passion for learning and growth.
