Consultant (TS Cleared) - New, July 2026 (AI-Powered Process Automation)

Location: Fort Meade, Maryland, United States. Travel up to 20% is required, and work within cleared facilities, including SCIFs, is required.

Base salary: $75,000–$175,000 USD per year, plus a government clearance differential. A discretionary bonus may be awarded.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy custom automation solutions across the full project lifecycle using hirify.global’s AI-powered process automation platform.
• Build scalable APIs and data connections integrating external enterprise systems through REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Launch relational data models in production and optimize database design with sophisticated SQL development.
• Deliver high-value features in cross-functional Agile teams using sprints, stand-ups, and pair programming.
• Analyze client business processes, translate them into functional and technical requirements, and collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Train users and client teams to become self-sufficient with the platform.

Requirements

• Active government clearance at Top Secret level or higher, without limitations, is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a closely related technical field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in software development or technical implementation consulting.
• Proven experience with object-oriented programming, database design, and SQL, including complex queries, joins, and views.
• Ability to analyze client business processes and translate them into functional and technical system requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagements and on-site collaboration.
• Ability and willingness to work within cleared facilities; SCIF work is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern cloud architectures and environments, including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Elastic Containers.
• Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, and automated test suites within a continuous integration framework.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
